Expanding to an untapped territory can be challenging for many businesses. For DiRoots, hiring employees in a new location such as Egypt involved complex processes in an unfamiliar market.
Hiring new employees in a new country meant complying with unfamiliar labor laws, dealing with Employer of Record (EoR) requirements, managing and automating payroll, setting up a new benefits program, and sustaining daily operations.

Payroll Management: Ovarc managed payroll for DiRoot’s employees in a monitored and automated manner. This included currency conversions, payment processing, and a self-service portal for employers and employees to view their payment dashboards and payslips.
Logistics & Employees’ Benefits: For DiRoot’s offshore team in Egypt, Ovarc managed all logistics and asset management necessary to sustain and maintain business operations. Additionally, Ovarc developed a customized benefits program for Egyptian employees and bridged the communication gap between us and our employees.
